This dress is a total converstion starter and making fashion FUN! Sequin cherries make it STAND OUT!   Helsi is a pricier brand, but the quality fit and feel are all "there" and you will not be disappointed.  This runs true, maybe a tad easy- but it is a true  "shift" style and shouldn't be tight- meant to just follow the body with some ease.  TSF is in the size small as a size 4.
